For cancellations or changes made up to 90 days before the date of arrival, the contract can be cancelled by unilateral declaration by the contracting parties without cancellation fee.

For cancellations and changes made from 89 to 30 days before arrival, we charge 40% of the agreed booking price.

For cancellations and changes made from 29 to 8 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the agreed booking price.

For cancellations and changes made 7 or less days before arrival, as well as for no-shows, we charge 90% of the agreed booking price.

We recommend that you take out travel insurance.

The apartments are usually available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you will arrive later, please let us know in advance. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m.

We kindly ask you to transfer the deposit of 20% of the room rate to our bank account within 7 days after booking. You will receive an e-mail with the request to transfer the remaining amount 3 weeks before the beginning of your stay.

Treadmill, rowing machine, exercise bike, and much more – the door to our gym is always open.

We have fibre-optic internet on our farm. Perfect for digital nomads, chilling out in between activities, or a quick weather check before your next mountain adventure.

There are plenty of open parking spaces at your disposal as well as our new garage.

We only accept bank transfers for the payment of the holiday rate. For additional services on site, you can pay in cash or by debit and credit card.

While we love animals more than anything, pets are unfortunately not allowed in our apartments. Plenty of animal playmates await you on our farm.

In winter, the sauna is heated daily from 3.30 p.m. to 8 p.m., in summer we are happy to switch it on for you on request. Sauna towels are available in the sauna. You can hire a bathrobe for an extra fee.

Smoking is not allowed in our buildings. Please use the balconies and terraces for your smoke break.

The tourist tax is €1.80 per person per night (from 15 years old).
